I was planning on a takeaway but the FoodHub app doesn't seem to be working. The monthly 'big shop' is tomorrow so it was a hunt in the back of the cupboard to see what I could find, there was an elderly tin of corned beef. Finally, time to give corned beef hash a try in the air-fryer, it turned out well.
