A few days ago, I was going to cook a pork chop, the grill beckoned but can they be cooked in the air fryer? I did a quick Google search and there was a bit of a mixed response with some people saying they can be a bit tough.
Anyhow, I cooked mine at 205 degrees (C) for about 13 minutes and checked the internal temp was 146 degrees (F), one day I'll standardise the units on my devices.
I'd turned it over at around half time and found it to be perfectly cooked and juicy so it works well enough for me.
