I've been meaning to try this for ages and this morning I finally got around to it, a similar recipe can be found on almost all air fryer websites and it is a winner, this will become a regular thing I think.
Ingredients
2 Rashers of Bacon
1 Medium Egg
1 Slice of Bread
Butter
Cooking Instructions
Unless your bacon is thinly cut, cook for 2 to 3 minutes at 180°C
Butter the bread on one side, place in the basket with this side downwards
Press firmly on the bread in the centre to flatten in to make an indentation for the egg
Stand the bacon in a circle to make a nest for the egg to sit in
Break the egg into the nest
Cook until the bacon is done, this will depend on thickness but will probably be between 6 and 8 minutes
Serve with a little black pepper
I'll add it to my recipe book for future use but it is easy enough to remember.
