I own two NCM eBikes, a Moscow Plus and a Venice, one for off-road and one for the tarmac. I've put a fair few miles on them and they have been good to me.

Anyway, I did happen across the controller specification for the UK/EU models the other day, the controller is hidden under a ridged cover by the crank. In case it is helpful to anyone, here is what I found. I can't guarantee that they are all the same but, this should be a reasonable starting point.
Whilst some cabling work might be needed, something generic of the same or a similar specification is likely to work as a replacement if required although I've not needed to try this to date.
