AliExpress offer full refunds if there are problems with deliveries, but how good is this in reality? AliExpress parcels have quite a journey before ending up on the doorstep and they need to pass through several customs processes along the way, there may be an occasional problem.

Until very recently, my experiences had been perfect but then one got lost in customs, I could see if had arrived there but then the trail went cold. I gave it a while to resolve itself and then raised a dispute.
Although the process takes a while (full delivery time is allowed before any decision is reached), I can confirm that a full refund has been received. Any marketplace is only as good as the way it handles problems and my experience here has been a good one and has left me confident that my transactions are safe.
