I went out for a bike ride yesterday afternoon, only about 20 miles but probably the longest of the year so far. On the way back I popped into Tesco for a few odds and ends.
It was just time for the yellow stickers to appear and I dropped lucky, pretty much an entire meal on offer.
Carrots 5p, parsnips 5p and coriander 9p. Looks like soup for the next few days at lunchtime then.
In life, timing counts for much.
