Scrambled Eggs

I eat scrambled eggs on toast once or twice a week and they are usually cooked in the microwave, generally in a pyrex measuring jug as it is easy to clean afterwards.

Ingredients

2 or 3 Eggs

1 Tbsp Milk
-
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Method

Beat the Eggs with a fork in a microwave safe bowl or jug

Add the milk and pepper
-
Beat again
-
Microwave on full power for 45 seconds
-
Stir to break to any areas which are setting

Microwave until the eggs are almost set (another 30-45 seconds)
-
Serve immediately, they can be garnished with finely chopped chives if you have any
